Catapult

The Catapult research team turns data into market knowledge and collaboration opportunities that help corporations launch new products and services, accelerate digitalization and enter the circular economy. We’re now looking for new additions for our Research team to divide their time between client engagements, analytical tasks and project management.

You?

You enjoy learning, presenting, breaking down challenging topics and finding hidden gems in large datasets. You feel comfortable in a dynamic setting where you can experiment and nothing’s set in stone.

You are able to

Make sense of big data and grasp complex concepts with limited time
Confidently present findings with C-level audiences
Handle previously unfamiliar technical terminology
Translate client requirements and needs into research criteria
Manage project timelines and prioritize work under tight deadlines
Transform data into actionable insights for specific development needs
Create consistent client-facing materials with an eye for detail
Communicate professionally in Finnish & English

Nice to have

Experience in data analytics and visualization tools.

Experience of technology related to one of these fields: energy, smart buildings, AI & ML, industrial IoT, circular economy, sustainability

Experience from working within the emerging technology, consultancy, innovation and/or venture capital scene
